David C. Wright holds degrees in civil engineering and law. After 13 years with
major Los Angeles law firms, Mr. Wright transitioned into investment analysis in
the mid-1980s and served several years as Director of Technical Research for Bateman
Eichler, Hill Richards, Inc. the largest investment banking firm west of Chicago,
before co-founding Sierra Investment Management, Inc. in 1987.

Kenneth L. Sleeper earned his MBA in Finance and his PhD from the University of
Southern California. Since 1987, Dr. Sleeper has managed investment capital with
Mr. Wright as co-founders and principals of Sierra Investment Management, presently
managing over $640 million for retirees and other conservative investors.

Suzanne Torres, MBA, has over 15 years of finance, investment and business management
experience with international and domestic, public and private, organizations. She
has worked with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills, CA, as Financial Advisor; has served
as International Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco; and
has held position as Global Marketing Director of Strategic Planning Associates
in Madrid, Spain. Additionally, she has served as consultant to Strategic Research
Institute, and has lectured throughout China.
Her literary achievements include a 400-page resource book entitled Legal Insights
to International Business in Spain, as well as articles published in The Economist
and international legal journals. Ms. Torres earned her MBA in International Finance
from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona.
She also attended the Institute of Public Policy at the Graduate School of Public
Policy at UC Berkeley. Her BA degree in Economics was completed cum laude at the
University of San Francisco. Her accreditations include licenses for Series 7, Series
66, Series 31.
